Question Time
Young People from across the city took over the Town Hall in October to participate in the annual Question Time event.
Based on the popular BBC show, Question Time is held each year to involve young people in the decision making process of Liverpool City Council and to give key stakeholders an insight into the views of young people.
Baltazar Ntwali who is a member of the Youth Council chaired the discussions which were based around the Year of Health and Wellbeing. Young people from each of the five districts quizzed representatives from Liverpool City Council Management Team & Cabinet, Liverpool PCT and Citysafe on issues such as personal safety, crime and leisure & health provision for young people.
Baltazar said "The event was a brilliant way for young people to have their say on issues which affect their everyday lives, and being able to speak directly to councillors and members of the senior management team was a great experience."
