There are a number of organisations which can help if you need information about drugs or if you are experiencing drug related issues. The organisations below may be able to help if you are involved in drugs or if you simply just feel that you need some advice.

OKUK is a project run by Merseyside Youth Association which offers counselling to young people who face drug and alcohol issues, whether it is through their own use or through the effect of other peoples drug or alcohol use, for example family and friends.

Frank is a website and telephone helpline service offering advice, information and support to anyone concerned about drugs and solvent misuse, including drug misusers, their families, friends and carers.

 

Frank offers free confidential drugs information and advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The website also contains case studies of young people who have had different experiences with drugs and videos about some of the issues related to substance misuse.
